This role will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless administrative operations across digital transformation, IT strategy, and product delivery initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support across digital and technology functions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Manage dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, balancing internal meetings, client engagements, roadmap reviews, and executive offsites. Prepare, format, and manage presentations, data decks, reports, product briefings, and meeting materials tailored to digital initiatives and IT programs. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel aligned to product launches, IT forums, vendor summits, and technology site visits. Own communications flow—filter and prioritize messages, respond on behalf of executives when appropriate, and ensure alignment across teams. Draft internal memos, strategic updates, and digital transformation communications for executive circulation. Conduct research, compile analytics, and synthesize technology or digital product data for executive-level briefings and decisions. Act as a liaison between the executive team and digital product managers, scrum leads, engineering partners, and enterprise technology stakeholders. Manage cross-functional projects related to product timelines, implementation milestones, or system rollouts. Remain accessible for high-priority and time-sensitive matters, including during off-hours when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in digital, technology, or product-driven environments. Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite , with strong fluency in PowerPoint/Slides for product reviews and Excel/Sheets for data tracking. Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments supporting product teams, engineering groups, or IT operations. Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential enterprise technology and strategic planning materials. Outstanding communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs. Experience navigating highly matrixed teams and cross-functional communication lines. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, urgent requests, and high-volume workflows across multiple digital leaders.
