Job Description

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership through comprehensive administrative and operational assistance. The role demands a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound independent judgment particularly when managing confidential information and navigating sensitive communications. A proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential to anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and delivering consistently at the highest standard. This position is an onsite role and does not offer hybrid or remote options. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, special events, appointments, and travel arrangements Serve as the primary liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow at all levels of the organization Screen and receive visitors and telephone calls, using independent judgment to assess priority and sensitivity of inquiries and route responses appropriately Originate, prepare, edit, and oversee a wide range of written materials, including correspondence, personnel and financial reports, operational documents, and other communications Provide informed advice and recommendations to leadership in support of strategic objectives Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment to work independently in a fast-paced environment, taking appropriate action with minimal supervision Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders or complex environments Advanced organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Preferred Experience supporting C-suite leaders in healthcare or large, matrixed organizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong executive presence and communication skills Key Competencies Executive-level judgment and professionalism Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively High attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Discretion in handling highly sensitive information
Pay:
$61,443 - $92,164 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Employees are our number one asset. The bonus accumulates annually each October and is paid out in October during the third year of employment.
