This individual will play a critical role in maximizing executive effectiveness through exceptional judgment, anticipatory support, relationship management, and seamless coordination of business priorities. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and able to operate with discretion, confidence, and executive presence in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is an in-office position based in Gensler's Denver office. The successful candidate will work onsite five days per week to provide high-touch support to the Co-Managing Principals, stay closely connected to office priorities, and help ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly. What You Will Do Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Co-Managing Principals, providing proactive executive support that enables focus on client relationships, business priorities, and office leadership. Manage executive time, priorities, communications, and commitments with sound judgment, discretion, and a strong understanding of business context. Anticipate needs, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and drive follow-through on key priorities, decisions, and action items. Serve as a polished liaison across internal teams, clients, external partners, and community relationships, representing the Co-Managing Principals with professionalism and confidence. Prepare and coordinate executive-level materials, meetings, presentations, communications, travel, and special initiatives with precision and accountability. Support office leadership priorities, business development efforts, and culture initiatives that strengthen alignment, visibility, and operational effectiveness. Your Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience providing high-level executive administrative support to senior leadership in a corporate environment; experience in architecture, design, commercial real estate, or related professional services industries strongly preferred. Ability to work onsite in the Denver office five days per week to provide hands-on support, build strong relationships, and stay closely connected to office priorities. Polished, confident professional with strong executive presence, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent senior leaders with professionalism. Highly proactive, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and follow through with minimal direction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Calm under pressure and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with InDesign, Salesforce, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop preferred.
•The base salary range will be estimated between $42.00/hr.-$56.00/hr. plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
