Short-Term Rental Property Manager (Boutique Stays)

Office in Mesa, AZ (Managing properties in Colorado, California & Scottsdale, AZ)
Earning Potential:
$80K-$120K+ About the Role Boutique Stays is looking for a driven, strategic Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee and grow our portfolio of high-performing vacation rentals. This is not a basic admin role—we're looking for someone who understands revenue, occupancy, and scaling a portfolio . You'll focus on pricing strategy, performance optimization, and owner relationships , while our Philippines-based customer service team handles most guest communication. What You'll Do Manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties Drive occupancy and revenue through dynamic pricing strategies Use Cloudbeds to manage listings, rates, and performance Oversee bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial tracking Handle bill payments and owner reporting Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly Onboard new properties and ensure smooth setup Work with ownership on growth strategy Growth & Business Development Bring in new properties to manage and earn: $1,000 bonus per signed property Ongoing revenue share from those properties Ideal for someone who can source deals, network, and close owners What We're Looking For Experience managing short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) Strong knowledge of Cloudbeds (required) Proven ability to increase occupancy and optimize pricing Experience with bookkeeping / financial management Strong organizational and analytical skills Comfortable managing multiple properties across markets Entrepreneurial mindset—this role rewards performance Why This Role is Different Focus on strategy, not customer service burnout Built-in support team (Philippines-based) handling guest messaging High upside with revenue share + acquisition bonuses Opportunity to grow into a 6-figure role quickly Ideal Candidate This is a great fit for: A Realtor looking to expand into short-term rental management Someone who wants to advise clients on investment properties An operator who wants to build a portfolio and income stream Compensation Breakdown $3,000/month base 3% of gross revenue (portfolio-wide) $1,000 per new property signed Realistic path to $100K+ annually
