A well-established and professional organization in downtown Denver is seeking a Junior Executive Assistant/Senior Admin Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a highly visible role that requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations Track action items and follow-ups to ensure priorities are moving forward Handle expense reporting and reconciliation Assist with event coordination, meetings, and occasional offsite logistics Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications:
3+ years of Senior Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation /Benefits:
Pay:
