Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with our customers on the phone, via email, and in person. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working daily in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Not required but preferred Quickbooks and Sage Accounting Software. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database. Maintain company contracts and purchase orders. Assist with office management tasks including inventory management and supply ordering. Provide administrative support to various departments as required. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently. Previous experience in a related receptionist or administrative support role highly desired. Coordinate lunch pickups. Various cleaning tasks. Executive Officers with day-to-day tasks, including food runs and general errands Clean driving record and able to run errands around town, ie bank deposits, ect. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and Sage. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus. Familiarity with data entry processes is essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
