+ Benefits

+ Performance Bonus About the Opportunity Summit Wealth Strategies is looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Financial Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the firm's Financial Advisor and become an integral part of a growing wealth management practice. This isn't a role where you'll spend your day waiting for someone to give you a list of tasks. We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything moving, preparing for meetings, staying ahead of the calendar, communicating with clients, following up on important details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be working closely with an Advisor who has built systems and processes around the business and genuinely wants to invest in the right person. If you perform well, take ownership, and continue to grow in the role, there is room for your responsibilities and compensation to expand with you. More than anything, we're looking for someone who wants to find the right long-term fit, not simply their next job. What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly with the Financial Advisor to help manage the day-to-day flow of the practice, including: Proactively managing the Advisor's calendar and daily schedule Scheduling and confirming client reviews and prospect meetings Preparing reports, allocation sheets, paperwork, and other materials before meetings Making sure the Advisor is fully prepared for each client and prospect conversation Answering incoming calls and providing clients with a high level of service Following up with clients and prospects by phone and email Tracking new opportunities and keeping CRM records organized and current Capturing action items from meetings and making sure next steps actually happen Assisting with client onboarding and asset transfers Working across Google Workspace and various financial services platforms Learning and following the firm's established systems and processes Identifying things that need attention before they become problems Becoming someone the Advisor can genuinely rely on to help keep the practice organized and moving forward There may occasionally be small personal or miscellaneous requests, but this role is overwhelmingly focused on supporting the business and its clients. The Person We're Looking For Technical skills matter, but how you operate matters just as much. You're probably a strong fit if you're someone who: Learns new technology quickly and doesn't get intimidated by unfamiliar software Is highly comfortable with Google Workspace Naturally notices details other people miss Doesn't need to be reminded multiple times about the same responsibility Communicates professionally and confidently with clients Takes ownership when something needs to get done Asks good questions when you don't understand something Can follow established processes without needing constant supervision Stays organized when several priorities are moving at once Thinks ahead rather than simply reacting Is dependable and consistent Enjoys supporting an executive and helping them perform at their best Wants to become excellent at their role and build something long-term with a firm We're not expecting you to know every system on day one. We expect you to be able to learn them. Experience & Qualifications 1-2+ years of executive assistant, administrative, financial services, or similar professional experience preferred Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel Experience with Redtail CRM, Orion, or similar financial services platforms is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities close attention to detail Comfortable speaking directly with clients Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while remaining closely aligned with the Advisor Previous wealth management or financial services experience is helpful, but exceptional candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply Why Summit Wealth Strategies? We want this to be a place where the right person can build something long-term. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Advisor, understand how a successful wealth management practice operates, take on increasing responsibility, and become a trusted part of the business. We believe strong performance should be recognized. As you demonstrate your capabilities and contribute to the firm's growth, there is an opportunity for increased responsibility, compensation growth, and performance-based bonuses. You'll also be joining an environment where expectations are clear, processes already exist, and you'll receive the training and support needed to learn the role. Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$65,000 base salary, depending on experience Opportunity for compensation increases based on performance and development 6% employer retirement contribution after 90 days Health/benefit subsidies after 90 days Performance bonus potential after approximately six months Paid vacation and holidays Training and coaching Long-term growth opportunities within the firm Location This is a full-time, in-person position in the Denver, Colorado area. We're looking to hire as soon as we find the right person. If you're highly organized, great with people, comfortable with technology, and looking for a role where you can become a genuinely important part of a growing practice, we'd love to hear from you.
