You anticipate needs before they arise, remove obstacles before they become problems, and bring clarity to fast-moving priorities. At the end of the day, your mission is simple: ✔ Make sure the CEO is where he needs to be ✔ When he needs to be there ✔ Fully prepared and set up for success What You'll Own Executive & Strategic Support Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and priorities Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and follow-ups Act as a gatekeeper for communication and scheduling Keep initiatives moving by tracking deadlines and action items Operations & Project Execution Drive internal projects and firm-wide initiatives Lead meetings and check-ins on behalf of the CEO Improve workflows and systems for greater efficiency Ensure accountability across teams Meetings & External Coordination Organize high-level internal and external meetings Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders Prepare materials for key engagements Marketing & Visibility Assist with media coordination, appearances, and outreach Track marketing initiatives and timelines Ensure consistency in messaging and branding Sales & Performance Tracking Monitor key metrics, dashboards, and reporting Support revenue tracking and pipeline updates Help keep performance goals on track Personal Assistant Component This role goes beyond the office—you'll also support the CEO's personal world so he can operate at his highest level.
