EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT POSITION SUMMARY
The executive assistant provides high level support for executive leading one of Grand County's top real estate teams. The primary purpose of this position is to increase the amount of time the executive can invest into improving client relationships, delivering a world-class client experience, and providing extraordinary team leadership resulting in an abundance of new business opportunities. The executive assistant will serve in a fast paced environment and is a special person who will act as the primary support for the team leader. The purpose of the executive assistant is to keep the executive on schedule, on point, and engaged with clients. This is accomplished by identifying tasks that can be taken off the executive's desk and delegated to the team.

Applicant must live in the Winter Park, Colorado area You must have a positive attitude with a desire to learn new things Organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlines Possess strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work through obstacles and get the job done Have a desire to provide an outstanding client experience every time A love for details, checklist and meeting deadlines Ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliver high value support to the executive and the team Creative, organized, carry strong time management skills, and a desire for excellence. Working knowledge or Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, publisher and Google systems such as Gmail, Google Drive and other Google functions Demonstrate interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, including; writing, proofreading and editing skills. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include but are not limited to the following: Managing executive calendar, requiring interactions with internal and external customers to schedule a variety of business meetings and personal appointments. Responsible for holding executive to their daily schedule and time blocked tasks Consistently work to take things off executives plate and delegate to the team in order to keep executive engaged with clients at all times. Keep Executives workspace free of clutter, organized and functional. Handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executive management; routing calls & emails to the appropriate party quickly and efficiently. Identifying tasks and projects that can be delegated to the team. Handling travel arrangements & reservations for executive management as needed, both personal and business. Assisting with special events planning (monthly, quarterly, annually). Using various software applications such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate, and/or format and reports. Maintaining highest level of confidentiality Exercising administrative judgment; assuming responsibility for decisions, consequences and results impacting staff, costs and/or quality of service within the functional area. Executive assistant may be sent on personal tasks such as getting the car washed and prepared for showings, picking up lunch/coffee, shopping for food & beverage for the team and guests. Performing other personal and business related duties as assigned in order to keep executive on task and productive.
