As the firm continues to scale, we are investing in infrastructure, processes, and talent to support the next phase of growth. The Role We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the firm's investment team and serve as a central coordination point across the firm. This individual will manage complex, rapidly changing calendars, own travel logistics, coordinate board and investor meetings, and help maintain the day-to-day operating rhythm of a growing investment firm
- working closely with the firm's partners and investment professionals as well as portfolio company executives, board members, investors, recruiters, and vendors.
It is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are raised. What You'll Do Calendar, Scheduling & Meeting Coordination Own scheduling and coordination of calls, meetings, and recurring commitments across the firm's senior leadership, including videoconference and conference room logistics Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, reprioritizing in real time as deal activity and firm priorities shift Coordinate internal meetings across the investment, finance, and operations teams, including agenda distribution, materials, and logistics Travel Coordination Serve as the central point of coordination for the entire team's travel logistics

- to simplify logistics and control cost Build detailed itineraries that account for meeting schedules, travel time, and on-the-ground logistics, and keep the team aligned on plans as they change Board & Investor Meeting Coordination Coordinate and plan board meetings across the firm's portfolio companies, as well as investor and annual meetings, including scheduling, venue, materials distribution, and follow-up Support a growing board meeting cadence expected to scale to 10+ meetings per quarter as the portfolio expands Partner with portfolio company executives, board members, and internal deal teams to align calendars well in advance and manage materials deadlines Expense Management Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement Reconcile corporate card activity and maintain documentation in line with firm policy and internal controls Recruiting Coordination Coordinate candidate interview logistics, including scheduling, onsite visits, travel, interviewer calendars, and candidate tracking and feedback collection Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and search partners throughout the process CRM & Systems Management Help maintain and administer DealCloud and other CRM systems, including data entry, contact and pipeline hygiene, activity logging, and ongoing workflow improvement Ensure meeting notes, contacts, and relationship activity are captured accurately and consistently across the firm Support reporting and list generation from the CRM for business development, fundraising, and deal sourcing efforts Office Management & Firm Operations Collaborate with the Managing Partner's Executive Assistant and others across the firm to divide and take ownership of administrative and operational responsibilities Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the firm and the role continue to grow Who You Are Required 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative professional, or in a similar coordination-heavy role supporting senior executives Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume calendars and competing priorities across multiple executives, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Hands-on experience coordinating travel logistics, including multi-leg itineraries and group travel Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and videoconferencing platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, board members, investors, and candidates Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and complete discretion Preferred Experience supporting a private equity, investment banking, or other professional services or financial services firm Experience with DealCloud, Salesforce, or another CRM platform Experience in a small or growing organization where responsibilities span multiple functions How You Operate You are proactive and anticipate needs before they are raised, rather than waiting for direction You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities at once, and stay calm and effective when plans change quickly You are a collaborative teammate who is willing to take on whatever is needed to support the firm You maintain high standards and understand the importance of accuracy, discretion, and follow-through Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package, including base salary, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical insurance for employees, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other firm-sponsored benefits.
