Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsArrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reportingPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive-level documentsServe as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholdersOrganize and support meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action itemsHandle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretionMonitor deadlines, prioritize requests, and ensure executives are prepared for upcoming commitmentsSupport special projects and assist with office coordination as neededQualifications3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teamsStrong calendar management and scheduling experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systemsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to shifting prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supportPreferred QualificationsExperience in a corporate or professional services environmentProven ability to work independently and manage competing demandsAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferred
