Your Day-to-Day:
Calendar & Scheduling Pro:
Manage a high-volume, fast-paced calendar for the CEO and key executives. Schedule meetings, prep agendas, and ensure no ball gets dropped.
Communication Hub:
Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage inboxes, screen calls, route correspondence, and maintain a smooth flow of communication.
Meeting Guru:
Organize and attend leadership and board meetings. Take clear, actionable notes and follow through on tasks.
Project & Office Manager:
Keep daily operations humming β from ordering supplies to managing filing systems and spearheading special projects.
Travel & Events Coordinator:
Book travel, arrange logistics, and secure venues for community and offsite events.
Excel & Reporting Wizard:
Handle data, reports, budgets, and presentations with accuracy and polish. You can pivot tables in your sleep and make spreadsheets sing.
Culture Champion:
Foster positivity, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset across the organization. π―
What You Bring:
5+ years of executive-level office management (bonus if in financial services, nonprofit, or professional services) Experience supporting C-suite executives or managing partners a plus Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite β especially Outlook, Excel, and Word A proactive, detail-obsessed, get-it-done attitude Stellar verbal and written communication skills Discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to handle confidential information with care Organizational skills that rival a military strategist's πΌ What's In It for
