•flexibility for a highly experienced candidate I'm working with an established commercial real estate business in Meriden that is looking to add an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant to support a senior executive within the organization This is a key position for someone who is highly organized, polished and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll be working closely with senior leadership, managing schedules, communications and sensitive information while helping to keep everything moving behind the scenes. What you'll be doing: Managing a busy and constantly changing executive calendar Handling high-volume and time-sensitive communications Coordinating meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements Preparing and organizing reports, documents and filing systems Following up on important tasks, deadlines and ongoing matters Anticipating the executive's needs and helping manage competing priorities Handling confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion Acting as a reliable point of contact across multiple internal and external relationships What I'm looking for: Previous experience supporting C-Suite or senior-level executives Strong calendar management and organizational experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and composed in a demanding environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong typing and general computer skills Bachelor's degree preferred A paralegal or legal support background would be particularly attractive This would suit someone who enjoys being at the center of an organization, takes ownership of their work and is confident supporting a busy senior executive. The position is paying from around $60K, with flexibility above this for someone bringing significant C-Suite Executive Assistant experience.
