Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Appointments, calendars, schedule, and customer service Mail, correspondence, and reports Internal and external contact work Meeting preparation and assistance Travel coordination Requires advanced computer (proficient in the use of Microsoft suite products) and internet research skills. Be able to handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office. Be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Prepare daily briefing materials for leadership. Rely on experience and judgment to plan/accomplish goals and anticipate/adapt to leadership needs. Ability to multitask (supporting multiple personnel and/or projects), meet quick turnaround deadlines, maintain professionalism in a high-pressure environment, etc.Job Qualifications:
Minimum educational requirement is an associate degree from an accredited university, plus 8 years of experience working as an EA for a high-level executive or in a related role. Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance. Ability to work well with a team in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. Flexibility in balancing competing and new priorities with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proactive and operate with minimal guidance while understanding intent. Have prior experience in a Federal agency (HHS preferred but not required. Have already completed the HHS security clearance process, and onboarding is preferred but not required.Combination of Education and Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position. Experience must be equivalent to four years of specialized experience at the GS-9/11 level in the Federal Government.About Nationwide IT Services:
