Job Summary:
•This role sits in our Orlando, FL offices, and this person is required to be on-site 4 days/week•About the Role & Team This position provides administrative support for the DX Finance team and supports Executive Director and Director level roles. These executives support the businesses within DX Finance including Finance Results Delivery, Segment and Capital Planning, and International Parks Consolidations. Additionally, this role will partner closely with other finance executive support across the DX Finance organization. Must be instrumental in helping to create an inclusive, transparent and flexible environment for all, and be action-oriented with a commitment to Opportunity & Inclusion.
What You Will Do:
Maintaining daily communication with the executives Orchestrate complex and evolving calendar management (proactively) Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to assure professional interaction with senior executives, internal partners and external contacts. Strong grammar skills with an ability to prepare correspondence and communications Proactive/assertive approach to work with strong organizational and follow-through skills, orderly and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously, prioritize work accurately and efficiently; archive documents and work products Coordinating all logistics of the team and team events (e.g., new hire onboarding, office relocation, office supplies, for all office locations) Show an interest/willingness in participating and serving on departmental committees. Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and to handle confidential and sensitive information Greeting/assisting Guests/meeting participants, if applicable
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum three (3) years administrative experience or equivalent Demonstrated ability to project a positive and professional image Positive team player with an enthusiastic attitude and strong Guest/customer service skills Walt Disney Company experience including knowledge of company policies, culture and operating practices Ability to operate all standard office and conference room equipment, including video conferencing software(s) such as Zoom and Teams Proficient in computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP/Casual Buyer, Microsoft Edge, internet-based research, Co-Pilot, and Claude Proficient with technology and in coordinating video conferencing meetings, including but not limited to finding appropriate conference rooms (e.g., size, multiple locations) and setting up the rooms to be ready for meetings (e.g., remote connections and/or dial-ins), if applicable Experience utilizing Concur and proficiency in processing expense reports for not only the directors, but assisting team members when needed Proficient in SAP/Concur/Casual Buyer, as well as managing/assisting in the department budget/expense tracking, and planning/scheduling of any business trips, if applicable
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of enterprise Disney culture, structure and HR practices Administrative experience in a corporate environment with proven success interacting, partnering and networking with all levels of management, including executives (directors and vice presidents) in a fast-paced dynamic environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Required Education:
High school degree or equivalent The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $51,500.00 to $68,900.00 per year based on a 40- hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
