Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Multi-Task Shop Coordinator / Executive Assistant Trainee. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is interested in growing into a sales and business development role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient shop environment, supporting field operations, assisting company leadership with administrative tasks, and learning estimating and takeoff software to develop into a future sales representative and brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities Shop Operations & Inventory Management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment. Ensure bathrooms, common areas, and storage spaces are clean and well-maintained. Track and maintain accurate inventory of tools, sprayers, equipment, and materials. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages as needed. Organize equipment and materials for efficient daily operations. Assist with receiving, stocking, and distributing materials and supplies. Field Support Coordinate and provide supervisors with necessary tools, ladders, equipment, and materials. Assist in preparing and organizing equipment for field crews. Help ensure all equipment is properly maintained and accounted for. Executive Support Assist the President with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Monitor and organize emails, correspondence, and follow-up items. Help manage administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Serve as a reliable point of support for leadership and management. Post on our Social Media, reach out to potential customers, and get pictures to post on social media from customers and supervisors. Professional Growth & Sales Development Learn and become proficient in estimating and takeoff software. Assist with proposal preparation and estimating-related tasks. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions. Help generate leads and support business development efforts. Assist in building and promoting the company's brand and reputation. Develop skills necessary to transition into a future sales and client relations role. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Previous experience in construction, painting, inventory management, administration, or sales is a plus, but not required.
