Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the owner of a growing hospitality and restaurant group. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to entrepreneurship, hospitality operations, business management, and executive leadership. The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand to the owner, helping manage daily priorities, calendar organization, communications, business administration, and personal scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the owner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate business and personal schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency Screen, organize, and prioritize emails before they reach the owner Draft professional emails, correspondence, and documents Attend meetings and events when requested Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and errands Communicate with vendors, business partners, and service providers Assist with restaurant administrative projects and special assignments Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials Track follow-ups and ensure important deadlines are not missed Help create structure and accountability around weekly priorities and long-term projects Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Hospitality, business, communications, or management background preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable attending business meetings and networking events Reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours when needed What We're Looking For This person should be: Extremely organized Proactive rather than reactive Able to anticipate needs before being asked Comfortable holding an executive accountable to their schedule Confident communicating with business owners, managers, vendors, and professionals Solution-oriented and resourceful Trustworthy and discreet This is an excellent opportunity to work directly alongside a business owner and gain hands-on experience in leadership, hospitality operations, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
