Job Description:
Executive Administrative Assistant We are currently seeking candidates for an Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity with a professional services firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership while managing office operations and coordination functions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment with global operations. This is a 1-3-month contract opportunity paying between $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a fully onsite work model consisting of 5 days onsite/week in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Responsibilities:
Provide calendar management and scheduling support across multiple time zones Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings Facilitate communication flow between leadership and internal/external stakeholders Oversee office supply management and coordinate vendor relationships Process expense documentation and track office-related spending Maintain an organized workspace and filing systems Support operational projects and administrative initiatives as assigned Manage competing priorities and shifting demands in a dynamic environment Provide additional support as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of executive administrative or office management experience Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting Strong calendar coordination and travel arrangement capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential matters Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates should send their resume to Jackson at jnichols@daleyaa.com
