This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to ownership, helping drive priorities, coordinate projects, manage schedules, and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will partner directly with ownership and act as a key resource across business operations, executive support, project coordination, and communication. The successful candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars and scheduling for two Managing Partners Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive priorities Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials Manage correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on action items Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems Project Coordination Track multiple projects and deadlines across departments Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and external partners Assist with project documentation and status updates Help ensure priorities are executed efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks Operations & Administrative Management Support daily business operations and special initiatives Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and executive logistics Assist with expense reporting and administrative processes Maintain organized records and documentation Serve as a key point of contact internally and externally Qualifications Required ✔ 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting executives, owners, founders, CEOs, Managing Partners, or senior leadership ✔ Exceptional organizational and communication skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and follow-through ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✔ High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern business software ✔ Experience coordinating projects and interacting with external vendors and stakeholders Preferred Experience supporting leadership within: Real Estate/ Construction/ Development/ Hospitality/ Architecture/ Property Management/ Family Office/ Private Investment/ Entrepreneurial or founder-led companies Experience with tools such as: Procore/ QuickBooks/ Yardi/ Trello/ Asana/ Monday.com/ CRM platforms Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $70,000-$80,000 Performance bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Long-term growth potential Direct exposure to ownership and strategic initiatives Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization Apply now to be considered as we are quickly presenting candidates to the client.
