This role will assist with maintaining legal and corporate records, organizing transaction and real estate files, coordinating document flow, tracking projects and deadlines, and supporting ongoing legal and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role reports to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate has supported a senior executive or professional in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment and thrives on keeping people and projects organized and on track. Responsibilities Maintain and organize legal department files and records Assist with corporate governance and entity management, including annual reports, filings, and tracking deadlines Support real estate audits, acquisitions, lease files, and transaction organization Coordinate document execution, signatures, and filing processes Track ongoing legal projects, outstanding items, and follow-up tasks Assist with insurance, claims, and risk-related administrative matters Support policy, handbook, and compliance-related projects Assist with contract administration and document organization Coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors or counsel as needed Help maintain organization and workflow within the legal department Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting legal, real estate, risk, or related administrative environment preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable working independently and escalating issues when appropriate General Expectations Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Operate with strong attention to detail and organization Communicate proactively regarding questions, deadlines, or issues Assist in creating structure and follow-through across multiple ongoing projects Work collaboratively and professionally to support efficient legal department operations Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
