Executive Assistant (Sales & Marketing Support) Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support a Sales and Marketing Executive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close coordination with the digital marketing team, Sales Manager, Catering Manager, and managers across all locations to ensure alignment, support, and smooth day-to-day operations. The primary focus of this position is execution—completing clearly defined tasks with speed, accuracy, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support campaign execution and related tasks Work closely with the Sales Manager, Catering Manager, and location managers to ensure teams have what they need to succeed Communicate updates, progress, and completion of tasks clearly to all relevant stakeholders Help support initiatives that contribute to sales growth and overall business performance Track tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple teams to ensure nothing is missed Identify gaps or potential issues and proactively address them Maintain organized systems and workflows to support efficient execution Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and professionalism Core Requirements & Skills Strong Attention to
