Our client is a founder-led women's fashion brand with a growing customer community, an active social media presence, and a multi-channel operation spanning e-commerce, wholesale, and retail. The founder personally designs every collection — from first sketch to final fabric call — and runs a fast-moving, standards-driven business. She needs someone equally invested in making her operation run well. The brand and founder identity will be shared with qualified candidates upon initial screening. The Role This is a right-hand role, not a task-management role. The founder carries design, wholesale relationships, creative direction, and the public face of the brand. Your job is to protect her time and mental energy so she can do those things well. That means anticipating what is coming, staying ahead of it, and handling what you can before she has to ask. You will be in-person in Hollywood, FL, working closely with the founder across scheduling, operations, communications, and content coordination. The pace is real. The environment is warm. Expectations are high and clearly communicated. What You Will Do Founder & Calendar Support Own the founder's calendar — scheduling, prioritization, and daily logistics — proactively, not reactively Manage email triage and correspondence, drafting responses in the founder's tone when appropriate Prepare the founder for meetings, calls, and appointments: context, materials, what she needs to know walking in Coordinate travel, events, and logistics end-to-end Anticipate needs before they become urgent and surface them with a solution in hand Operations & Team Coordination Track open projects, deadlines, and commitments across the business in Asana Coordinate between the founder and internal team members, vendors, production contacts, and marketing partners Develop and maintain systems — SOPs, shared workflows, documentation — so recurring work stops requiring the founder's attention Support event, pop-up, and launch logistics from planning through execution Manage vendor scheduling, follow-up, and general administrative coordination Social Media & Content Coordination Manage the content calendar and coordinate posting schedules across platforms Organize digital assets, caption drafts, and content files so the team can move efficiently Support the founder in capturing content moments — helping turn raw footage, voice notes, and ideas into structured posts Liaise with the social media manager on scheduling, asset delivery, and platform coordination Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints with a good eye for what fits and what doesn't Who You Are You see what needs to happen and you handle it — then you tell the founder it's done. You hold things calmly when the pace picks up. You communicate clearly and warmly with everyone you interact with, and you hold your limits without drama. You are the kind of person who makes a room run better just by being in it. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the flexibility to reprioritize quickly when things shift A strong communicator — warm, clear, and professional in writing and in person Discreet and trustworthy; you will have access to the founder's calendar, communications, and the business at a close level Self-directed and proactive — you do not wait to be assigned; you notice, you act, you report back Comfortable in a fast-moving, personality-driven environment where every day looks a little different Interested in fashion, brand, or entrepreneurship — you care about what the company is building, not just the tasks in front of you Confident holding firm on logistics and priorities while staying warm with everyone you work with Social media-savvy: you understand how content moves, what performs, and how to keep a posting calendar running smoothly Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator Demonstrated experience managing a busy calendar and coordinating complex schedules Strong written communication skills and the ability to write in someone else's voice Proficiency with Google Workspace and digital productivity tools Experience with social media platforms and content coordination High level of discretion, professionalism, and situational judgment Preferred Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or creative executive Background in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a creative business environment Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management tools Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, or similar) Comfort with content asset organization and basic digital workflow management How to Apply This search is being managed by The RELAY Method.
