We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can help keep operations running smoothly while supporting leadership with day-to-day business management. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will work directly with company leadership to manage scheduling, communication, administrative tasks, client coordination, and operational support. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, tech-savvy, and able to communicate confidently with clients, vendors, and partners while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling Handle email management and professional client communication Coordinate projects, timelines, and follow-ups Assist with administrative and operational tasks Organize files, documents, contracts, and digital records Communicate with vendors, partners, and clients as needed Help manage social media coordination and content scheduling Conduct online research and compile information when requested Assist with travel planning and itinerary coordination Support leadership with day-to-day business operations Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and communication platforms Social media familiarity is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving skills Someone proactive instead of reactive Reliable and highly organized Positive attitude and professional communication Ability to adapt in a growing business environment Position Details Flexible schedule depending on business needs Remote, hybrid, or in-person options available based on location Competitive compensation based on experience To apply, please submit your resume along with a brief introduction explaining your experience and why you believe you would be a good fit for this role.
