Central Southern Construction (CSC) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support executive leadership in a fast-paced civil construction environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both business and occasional personal tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) Assist with project-related logistics (employee travel, lodging, start coordination) Handle confidential communications and correspondence Track and organize expenses, receipts, and reimbursements Assist with document preparation, reports, and internal communications Coordinate with internal teams (HR, accounting, project managers) Run occasional personal errands and support executive needs as required Maintain organization of files, records, and ongoing priorities Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or coordination experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently High level of discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience in construction or fast-paced industries is a plus Preferred Traits Self-starter who anticipates needs before being asked Strong communication skills (clear, concise, professional) Comfortable working with minimal direction Problem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth within a growing construction companyJob Types:
