Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-expectation investment environment. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to stay ahead of constantly moving priorities. Responsibilities Manage complex, high-volume calendars for senior executives Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and internal documents Act as a gatekeeper for executive communications Handle expense reporting and administrative workflows Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and keep leaders on track Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 7+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives Experience in private equity, investment management, professional services, or similar environments Exceptional organizational and communication skills Comfortable operating with limited direction and high accountability If you have experience supporting senior leaders and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to meet you.
