About Us Our company acquires, develops, renovates, builds, manages, and maintains its own real estate portfolio. No two days are alike. You will work directly with ownership and become involved in virtually every aspect of the business, including: Real estate acquisitions Property management Construction projects City permitting Contractor coordination Legal matters Leasing Financial administration Operations management This position offers tremendous learning opportunities and career advancement for the right person. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate daily business operations Manage calendars, schedules, deadlines, and priorities Communicate with tenants, contractors, vendors, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and government agencies Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor scheduling Assist with MLS listings, rental listings, showing instructions, and leasing activities Assist with drafting correspondence, notices, leases, contracts, and eviction-related documents Research public records, court records, permits, code enforcement matters, and property information Monitor permitting processes and communicate with municipalities Process invoices and coordinate bill payments Maintain organized digital and physical files Assist with bookkeeping and accounting support Prepare reports using Microsoft Word and Excel Learn and utilize property management software such as Buildium Follow up relentlessly to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess experience or knowledge in several of the following areas: Florida real estate sales license (preferred) CAM license (preferred) Property management MLS systems Buildium or similar property management software Construction or permitting processes Contractor coordination Public records and court record research Microsoft Word and Excel Basic accounting and bookkeeping principles Real estate contracts and leasing English and Spanish fluency Do not worry if you do not possess every qualification.
