Temporary coverage with potential alignment to a long-term/direct-hire opportunity About the Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Executive / Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to two principals from a private home office in Miami Beach. This is a sophisticated, fast-paced position requiring someone who operates with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, sound judgment, and a 24/7 mentality . The ideal candidate has supported C-suite executives, founders, UHNW principals, family offices, or similarly high-level individuals and understands the expectations that come with being a trusted right hand. This is not a traditional household Personal Assistant position . We are looking for someone with strong business acumen and sophisticated executive support experience who is equally comfortable managing complex professional responsibilities and hands-on personal needs. Key Responsibilities Manage extremely complex, detail-heavy calendars for two principals Coordinate meetings, appointments, personal commitments, and constantly shifting priorities Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust calendars and logistics Manage complex domestic and international travel , including comprehensive itineraries and last-minute changes Coordinate day-to-day professional and personal logistics Handle restaurant reservations, gifting, social events, appointments, and other personal requests Run occasional errands and provide hands-on assistance as needed Coordinate seamlessly with external contacts, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders Maintain detailed task lists and ensure outstanding items are consistently followed through to completion Anticipate the principals' needs and address issues before they arise Assist with technology and troubleshoot day-to-day administrative needs Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion Provide polished, responsive, and professional support at all times Qualifications Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant, C-Suite EA, Family Office EA, or similar high-level support professional Experience supporting CEOs, founders, senior executives, UHNW individuals, or multiple principals strongly preferred Exceptional complex calendar and scheduling management experience Strong domestic and international travel coordination experience Excellent business judgment and professional communication skills Highly organized, meticulous, and exceptionally detail-oriented Ability to anticipate needs and operate several steps ahead Tech-savvy and comfortable quickly learning new platforms and systems Comfortable balancing sophisticated executive support with personal responsibilities Proven ability to operate with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion Flexible, adaptable, low ego, and willing to assist wherever needed Calm and composed when priorities shift unexpectedly Personable and engaging while maintaining a polished, professional presence Must be comfortable working around two dogs Must be able to work onsite in Miami Beach five days per week Must be able to start quickly Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a true career Executive/Personal Assistant who takes ownership of their principals' day-to-day needs and naturally operates with a proactive, anticipatory mindset.
