Job Description
Premier Sotheby's International Realty is one of the nation's leading real estate brokerages with over 1200 Global Real Estate Advisors. With 40 offices across Florida and North Carolina and a globally connected network of talented and dedicated real estate professionals, we set the standard for luxury real estate in the markets we serve. The Executive Assistant directly supports the President and CEO, while addressing operational and legal case needs across the organization. This role also provides support to the Office Administrator team and their business processes. This is a full-time, in-person role based out of our Naples, FL home office.
Primary Job Duties:
Provide direct executive support, which includes meeting and travel planning, documents, presentations and correspondences and special projects
Document creation and management such as; standards, ICAs, policies, presentations and electronic forms
Company-wide facilities support including vendor onboarding and management, contract and lease review and emergency/weather planning
Legal case coordinatio n , tracking and related document management as well as communication with legal counsel, insurers and associated parties
In-person and virtual meeting and event planning and on-site support
Support the Office Administrator team including selection, oversight of the mentorship program, recurring training and day-to-day troubleshooting and process flows
Assess and improve company-wide business processes and address operational needs as they arise
Other special projects and duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have:
A demonstrated professional work history of executive-level support, in roles with emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.
Professional and polished verbal and written communication and presentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently including legal case (document) management required
Computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple applications concurrently, expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, Teams and Zoom required
