This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and will involve a variety of tasks including project coordination, office management, and event planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including Outlook Calendar coordination and appointment scheduling. Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, organizing files, and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Organize company events and meetings, handling logistics such as venue selection, catering arrangements, and attendee communication. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure a well-functioning workplace. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Google Suite applications. Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks to enhance overall office efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook Calendar). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in event planning is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
