Position:
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position We are a Palm Beach Gardens, FL, family-owned and operated business seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant. This position reports to the President and CEO. This role is vital in supporting our owners.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and meeting planning.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and ownership.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering lunch, filing, data entry, and managing ownership communications.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are required
- Ability to multitask and assign priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- College degree a plus
Compensation:
- Hourly wage of $21.00 or more based on experience
- One-week paid vacation
- Paid national holidays
