Job Description

Position:
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position We are a Palm Beach Gardens, FL, family-owned and operated business seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant. This position reports to the President and CEO. This role is vital in supporting our owners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and meeting planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and ownership.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering lunch, filing, data entry, and managing ownership communications.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are required
  • Ability to multitask and assign priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • College degree a plus
Compensation:
  • Hourly wage of $21.00 or more based on experience
  • One-week paid vacation
  • Paid national holidays
