This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. The right person will not only complete tasks, but help ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day by staying ahead of priorities, maintaining organization, and supporting client service and follow-through. You will play a key role in keeping the business structured and efficient, supporting client relationships, and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we grow. I am willing to train the right person, but I am looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction. Reliability, professionalism, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership are essential. Responsibilities
- Prepare for client meetings and ensure materials and information are organized in advance
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and client follow-up
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
- Support processing of paperwork, applications, and client service requests
- Maintain organization across client and business operations
- Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure completion
- Support overall office efficiency and workflow management
- Assist with data entry and updates to internal systems
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Handle additional administrative and operational projects as needed
- Identify priorities and follow through without needing constant direction Who I'm Looking For The ideal candidate is:

- Two full days per week, or
- Three shorter days per week Some flexibility may be available for the right person.
