About Us Barrios Neurosport Institute (BNI) is a physical therapy and sports rehabilitation practice in Pinecrest specializing in neuro, rehab, performance, and wellness care, home to the BARRIOS System and M.I.B. Therapy. We're looking for a sharp, organized, and personable Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our owner and a key driver of patient conversions. About the Role This is a dynamic, high-impact position for someone who thrives on phones, loves closing deals, and can keep a busy practice owner organized. You'll be the first voice many prospective patients hear, and your ability to build rapport and close will directly grow our practice. Responsibilities Answer incoming new patient and member calls promptly and professionally Proactively call new patient leads to close patients and get them scheduled Navigate and manage CRM and other softwares Assist the owner with scheduling meetings and coordinating their calendar Participate in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items as needed Serve as a right-hand assistant to the owner, supporting day-to-day priorities Assist with coordinating patient scheduling and treatment plans as needed Maintain a professional, executive presence at all times, including professional business attire, as a representative of the practice to patients and visitors Qualifications Bilingual - English and spanish Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a medical/wellness front-office role preferred Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling payment processing Excellent phone presence, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Trustworthy and discreet, given close work with practice leadership and patient information What We Offer Earn commission
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
