Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Full Time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide proactive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, take minutes and correspondence on behalf of the executive Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as needed Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion Support office operations and cross-functional initiatives as assigned Manage and execute employee request for the COO Properly handle complaints and grievances as neededRequirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing prioritiesPay:
