H2K Labs Company Description H2K Labs is a revenue innovation and growth acceleration company serving the data and information economy, including media, events, data, and marketplace businesses. We combine strategic consulting, modern education, community building, and disciplined execution to help companies and their leadership teams grow revenue. Our flagship executive network, The Revenue Room™ CXO, is a professional membership and executive education platform for CEOs and their revenue-critical C-suite leaders. H2K Labs also produces events, including RevvedUP, The Revenue Room™ Salons, the Vanguard Awards, CEO Boardroom Exchanges, and Growth Room Exchanges, alongside bootcamps, playbooks, and advisory services. About the Role This role is built for someone early in their career who has strong potential, a genuine work ethic, and a desire to learn, but who does not yet have years of professional experience to draw on. The person in this seat will receive close, hands-on training from the CEO and will grow into the role over time. You will work directly with the CEO to support member communication for Revenue Room™ CXO, assist with membership and sponsorship sales activities, help run day-to-day office administration, and support event-related work including promotional items, the Vanguard Awards, and member activations, both virtual and in-person. This is not a role where you are expected to arrive with all the answers. You will be trained on our systems, our members, and our way of working. What matters most is that you are organized, dependable, coachable, and eager to take on more responsibility as you build experience. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Revenue Room™ CXO Member Support Help prepare and send member communications, under the direction of the CEO and Director of Operations, including welcome messages, welcome gifts, event invitations, and renewal reminders. Support the CEO in tracking membership deliverables so members receive what they are promised, on time. Assist with maintaining accurate member records in HubSpot, with training provided on the system and on data entry standards. Help coordinate logistics for member touchpoints, such as calls, check-ins, and onboarding steps, as directed. Membership and Sponsorship Sales Support Assist the CEO with scheduling and preparing materials for membership and sponsorship sales conversations. Help track outreach, follow-up, and next steps for prospective members and sponsors in HubSpot. Support the preparation of sales materials, one-pagers, and proposal documents, with templates and direction provided. Take notes on sales calls when asked and help ensure follow-up items are logged and tracked. Event and Program Support Help source, order, and manage promotional items and event materials for in-person and virtual event programming. Support planning and on-site logistics for Revenue Room™ Salon, The Vanguard Awards, RevvedUP and CXO Member Exchange meetings under the direction of the CEO and events team. Assist with member activations, both virtual and in-person, including registration support, logistics coordination, and day-of assistance. Help track event budgets, vendor orders, and deliverables, with guidance from the CEO and Director of Operations. Office Administration Manage general office administration tasks, including supplies, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational needs. Support the CEO with calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and correspondence. Help maintain organized files, records, and documentation across company systems. Take on additional administrative projects as assigned, with training provided for each new area of responsibility. Growth and Development Path This role is designed to grow. As you build confidence and experience in each area, responsibility and scope will expand. Over time, this position can lead into a more senior operations, membership, or event coordination role. Regular check-ins with the CEO will focus on what you are learning, where you need more support, and what additional responsibility you are ready to take on. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by growth and reliability rather than by fixed performance targets. In the first year, success looks like: You show up prepared, follow through on assigned tasks, and communicate proactively when you need help or more information. Member communications and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, with the CEO's review and guidance. You build working knowledge of HubSpot, Clickup, AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notebook LLM, Perplexity, Canva, Slack, Google Apps, our event systems, and our membership processes. You take initiative to learn new areas and ask thoughtful questions rather than guessing. The CEO can rely on you for a growing set of responsibilities as training progresses. Qualifications A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Two plus years of professional work experience Strong organizational habits and attention to detail. Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
