Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site position based in Sarasota, FL. The role provides administrative support to senior leadership. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence and reports, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files and records, and assisting with document preparation and data entry. The position will also support internal and external meetings, communicate with staff and outside contacts, manage office supplies and basic office logistics, and help ensure executives have the materials and information needed for meetings and presentations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle confidential information, use good judgment when dealing with sensitive matters, and communicate professionally with employees, clients, and other contacts. Qualifications Previous experience providing administrative support to executives or senior managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone and email etiquette. Experience with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office software. Experience managing calendars, email, meetings, and schedules. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Dependable and detail-oriented. Previous experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant is preferred. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
