Job Description

Overview:
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Directorate of Science & Technology. This is a full-time opportunity located at MacDill, AFB, FL.
Responsibilities:
Provide Management of the S&T Executive Office email, with executive-level messaging, as required. Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings, conference calls, video teleconferences, and events. Manage travel, prepare travel itinerary, and provide meeting agendas, as required. Provide continuity in the executive's absence. Excellent Knowledge/Proficiency in TMT, DTS, Microsoft Office products, and SharePoint. Plan and coordinate administrative functions and provide information, assistance, and advice regarding official functions of the organization. Act as an interface with military, governmental, and private sector organizations for visits/matters on protocol, coordinating protocol issues arising from official functions. Conduct VIP and Visitor coordination with protocol for all official visits. Performs all office administrative duties at the General Officer/Flag Officer Level, including travel, managing calendar, scheduling meetings, managing phone calls, managing emails, and managing office supplies. Conducts data calls and workflow tasks in enterprise systems. Coordinates setup and execution of video teleconference (VTC) meetings in both open and secure environments.

Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility
Education:
Associate's Degree Years of Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience related to executive administration, including: Experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT),
SharePoint Portal, VTC Procedures, and Meeting Scheduler Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience related to executive administration
Additional Experience:
Working-level knowledge of SOCOM systems for Form 14 Meeting Scheduler is highly desired.
