Executive Assistant (Temporary, Onsite only)
Tampa, FL Temporary $25.00 - $30.00/hr Onsite Job Description Our client is a well-established and fast-paced personal injury law firm, and they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant on a temporary basis to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the firm partners. This role is critical to the efficiency and effectiveness of firm leadership and requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational skill.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive executive-level support to two law firm partners
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, court appearances, depositions, and travel
Serve as a primary point of contact between the partners and internal staff, clients, and external professionals
Draft, edit, and format legal and business correspondence, pleadings, and presentations
Manage incoming calls, emails, and priorities with sound judgment and discretion
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in compliance with firm standards
Assist with case-related administrative tasks, deadlines, and document coordination
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
Coordinate special projects and provide operational support as needed Experience & Education requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Prior experience supporting multiple executives, partners, or attorneys
Must have experience with international travel and event planning
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management software
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and problem-solve
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Hours:
8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm on
Fridays Location:
