Job Description
Executive Administrative Assistant Wellington, Florida (In-Person)Part-Time | 4 days/week, 12 hours weekly to start $20-25/hour with growth potential (1099 Contractor role) Edison Realty Group is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a fast-moving real estate business led by top-producing Keller Williams agent Stephanie Edison. This role is ideal for someone who is tech savvy, enjoys variety and wants to grow with a fast-moving real estate business. No two days will look exactly the same, and that's exactly how you like it. You're someone who notices the details, anticipates needs before being asked, and thrives in an energetic environment where initiative is valued. This is more than a task-based admin role. We're looking for someone who can become a trusted right hand while helping support marketing, client experience, events, organization, and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Prepare and mail home evaluation packets for client home anniversaries Update and maintain digital platforms and links including Linktree and real estate website tools Manage local errands including Target and Amazon orders and returns Print, organize, and update real estate listing materials Maintain and update real estate listing presentation materials in Canva Partner with a virtual assistant to help coordinate weekly newsletters featuring local events, referral agent spotlights, and local business features Coordinate birthday, anniversary, and client appreciation cards and gifts Organize and upload social media content for the marketing team Coordinate b-roll and reel filming days, content ideas, and communication with the virtual assistant regarding content execution Plan and help execute networking and client appreciation events (1x month in evenings) Manage business owner's calendar and important reminders Order and coordinate client closing gifts and referral partner gifts Oversee quarterly magazine production and mailing projects, including coordinating sponsorships and creating Canva graphics Coordinate VIP client pop-by gifts and deliveries What We're Looking For Previous administrative experience required Real estate experience is a plus but not required Must be local to Palm Beach County with reliable transportation Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or project support A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through Someone who loves organization and pays attention to details Strong written and verbal communication skills Have your own laptop and office equipment and be comfortable learning and using tech platforms including Canva, Google Docs, social media tools, ChatGPT, CapCut, Instagram editing tools,
Flodesk, Metricool, Command, and Zillow Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in a real estate office or supporting a real estate professional Enjoy marketing, branding, or creative projects Love event planning and creating memorable client experiences Want to grow into a larger long-term support role over time Experience using iOS and Apple tools Schedule & Compensation Part-Time | 4 days/week, 12 hours weekly to start (10am-1pm) $20-25/hour, depending on experience, with growth potential.
