Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong administrative experience and advanced Excel skills who enjoys managing competing priorities and improving processes. Salary DOE Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Coordinate travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Track, analyze, and organize data to support decision-making Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting Serve as a point of contact between CEO and leadership Handle confidential information with discretion Support special projects and help streamline administrative processes Qualifications 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Comfort with research, learning, and utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and support daily tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and discretion Preferred Qualifications Background in finance, professional services, or corporate environments Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and professional work environment Opportunities for growth and skill development

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
