Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, for an Executive Assistant to the Operating Partner. Responsibilities include providing high-level executive administrative assistance, managing scheduling and calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing correspondence. The role entails creating expense reports, organizing confidential documents, and streamlining workflows to support the Operating Partner efficiently. Acting as a reliable point of contact, the Executive Assistant will ensure seamless communication, track key deliverables, and contribute to the operational success of the organization. Qualifications Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and providing comprehensive Executive Support Strong Communication skills and the ability to manage professional relationships effectively Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office systems or tools Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information appropriately A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
