Job Description
Position Summary Our client seeks a capable, trustworthy, and energetic Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both business operations and personal matters. This position works closely with the CEO and his family to manage priorities, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across professional and personal responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities Executive Support:
Manage and prioritize the CEO' s email inbox
Coordinate calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
Prepare agendas and track action items
Manage communication flow between the CEO and stakeholders
Personal & Family Support:
Coordinate personal scheduling and travel
Plan dinners, reservations, and events
Assist with household coordination and vendors
Occasionally, run personal errands and support family needs
Office & Business Operations Support:
Support office administrative needs
Coordinate vendor visits and meetings
Organize internal documents and communications
Support leadership team as needed
Event & Travel Coordination:
Plan business and personal travel
Coordinate customer events and meetings
Build detailed itineraries
Errands & Logistics:
Handle time-sensitive tasks
Coordinate deliveries and shipments
Solve issues quickly and efficiently Required Skills & Experience
Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent judgment and discretion
