Norcross, GA (On-Site / In-Person) Role Summary We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO / Special Projects Coordinator to serve as the executive's right hand for new business initiatives and emerging technology ventures. This is far more than a calendar management role: approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to business research, task tracking, and cross-functional communication, with 30% focused on executive administration and scheduling . You will work directly with executive leadership to learn how a growing industrial company plans, finances, and launches new business ventures—turning fast-paced ideas into concrete, executed projects. Maintain a centralized master tracker of every open initiative and follow up relentlessly until each item is resolved. Lead a weekly priorities review with the CEO covering completed tasks, roadblocks, and upcoming milestones. Research & Analysis (~25%) Investigate target markets, competitors, suppliers, potential partners, and viable facility locations (domestic and international). Research regulatory standards, permits, certifications, and government programs; summarize operational impacts. Deliver concise, one-page briefs that lead with the answer, separate facts from assumptions, and recommend clear next steps. Organize and maintain digital project files, databases, and contact lists for seamless company-wide access. Leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and Microsoft Office daily to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis. Communication & Coordination (~15%) Draft executive correspondence, outreach emails, formal letters, and presentation decks for review.
