Honolulu, HI Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Confidential information handling Accounts payable Executive administrative support Japanese Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Property in Kakaako is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to work closely with the Director of Operations and Programs to manage the day-to-day function tenant questions and servicing within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or property management and ability to speak conversational Japanese or higher. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Responsibilities Perform a broad range of administrative duties including answering phones, managing email correspondence, maintaining digital and physical files, organizing records, and ordering office supplies. Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information in a courteous and professional manner. Welcome new residents and assist with onboarding by providing required documentation, house rules, and an overview of building procedures and amenities. Maintain familiarity with policies, procedures, and house rules; assist with resident education as needed. Work closely with management to maintain accurate resident, owner, and tenant records. Maintain records related to resident registrations (e.g., pets, bicycles, equipment). Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processing. Update and maintain the property's database and records. Prepare and distribute newsletters and electronic communications to residents. Assist with vendor coordination and collection of required documentation. Coordinate mailings, distribute notices, and maintain organized administrative records. Assist with the coordination and hosting of resident events and property functions. Perform additional administrative, clerical, and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Ability to multitask and problem-solve. Ability to handle confidential information. #OFFICE_
