RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the executive officer; duties are generally more complex in nature and involve access to confidential information. Represents a division and interacts with high level stakeholders; other associated duties may include but are not limited to secretarial activities such as drafting correspondence and memos, scheduling appointments, taking minutes and making travel arrangements, etc.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
EDUCATION
Associate's degree or business school graduate required; or two (2) years or administrative/clerical experience may be subsituted for the educational requirement.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
No certification and/or licensure requirement.
C. EXPERIENCE
In addition to the educational requirement, four (4) years of experience as a secretary at an administrative level and/or four (4) years combination of administrative/executive level experience, preferably in a corporate environment; or two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience with a bachelor's degree. Prior experience booking business travel required. Prior experience working with trustees, community organizations and with individuals at a high organizational level. Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
Experience to demonstrate the following:
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. o Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. o Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. o Ability to work under high levels of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
