On-site, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday) Reports to: CEO About VictoryStore VictoryStore is a leading provider of custom yard signs, campaign supplies, yard cards, banners, and promotional products. Based in Davenport, Iowa, we help thousands of campaigns, businesses, and organizations make an impact with high-quality, made-in-the-USA products. We're a fast-paced, innovative team that values efficiency, creativity, and reliable execution. Position Overview We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO. This position manages calendars, prepares correspondence and presentations, handles confidential information with discretion, and ensures the smooth execution of daily business activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and sound judgment are essential. Qualifications & Requirements- Strong computer skills — proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, or similar tools; quick learner of new software
- Comfortable engaging with AI tools — experience or willingness to use AI for tasks like drafting emails, organizing data, summarizing information, or improving productivity
- Reliable attendance is key — consistent, punctual on-site presence during scheduled hours is essential. A 12-month commitment is expected.
- Friendly & self-motivated — positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills — excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Able to keep key meetings on schedule — proactive approach to time management, follow-through, and gentle accountability
- Previous office management, administrative, or coordination experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience a plus What We Offer
