Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a key asset to decision-makers across our client's organization. This role will play a critical role in advancing organizational priorities, supporting executive decision-making, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, proactively managing priorities and anticipating needs Manage highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion Oversee executive travel logistics, events, meetings, and leadership activities Manage executive calendars and priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives Prepare briefing materials, research, presentations, and talking points for meetings and public engagements Draft, edit, and manage executive-level correspondence and communications Coordinate board meetings, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and communications for all strategic meetings Function as the primary liaison between executive leadership and Board members Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives across departments and document deadlines and workflow Supervise, coach, and develop other office staff and partner with building management to oversee central office operations Manage vendor relationships, tenant coordination, contracts, and facility-related projects What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
At least 5 years of experience partnering with senior executives and Boards of Directors in complex organizational settings Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public administration, or a related field (preferred) Prior supervisory experience (preferred) Proven experience overseeing board governance activities and managing communications for senior executives Ability to work independently while managing highly confidential information and utilizing sound judgment Experience leading projects and coordinating multiple priorities Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Excellent writing and communication skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools, and presentation platforms
