We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who wants to grow with our company and play a key role in daily operations. Position Overview The Operations Assistant will work directly with company leadership to help support and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on position that combines field work, inspections, inventory management, client support, and operational assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company continues to expand. While the majority of responsibilities involve inspections, inventory management, supply deliveries, and operational support, there may be occasions where assistance is needed with Airbnb turnovers or commercial cleaning services. Additional cleaning opportunities may also be available for those seeking extra income. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of Airbnb turnovers and commercial cleaning accounts Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites as needed Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Serve as a company runner for errands, deliveries, and operational needs Support cleaners and field staff when additional assistance is needed Occasionally assist with Airbnb and commercial cleaning services Step in to cover cleaning shifts when necessary due to staffing shortages (rare) Communicate operational updates and concerns to ownership Help maintain company quality standards across all accounts Assist with special projects and business initiatives What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to lift and transport cleaning supplies and equipment Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Previous cleaning, hospitality, property management, or operations experience preferred but not required Self-motivated individual who is interested in growing with a small business Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling based on operational needs Expected hours: 10-25 hours per week to start Primarily daytime hours Some weekend availability required Hours will vary week-to-week depending on company needs This is not a traditional office position and will involve travel between job sites Additional hours may be available for those interested in assisting with cleaning projects While additional assistance is not needed at all times, we are seeking someone dependable who can provide support as operational needs arise As the company continues to grow, this position has the potential to expand into a larger operational leadership role and potentially become full-time Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Additional opportunities for income through cleaning assignments Performance-based raises based on performance and contributions to the company Flexible work environment Opportunity for increased responsibilities as the company grows Potential pathway into a full-time operations leadership position Why Join Pristine Green?
