Job Summary The Executive Assistant at Repour serves as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, enabling executive effectiveness by reducing friction across all C-suite functions. This role spans a broad and dynamic scope — supporting sales research and business development, coordinating marketing and partner relationships, delivering direct customer service as needed, liaising with production, and managing logistics including travel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable operating across multiple functional areas with a high degree of autonomy. Priorities and responsibilities are directed by the CEO and will evolve with the needs of the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Executive & C-Suite Support Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of commitments Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up summaries for executive meetings Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the CEO across all functional areas Draft and manage executive correspondence, emails, and communications Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to executive productivity Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO Sales Support & Research Conduct market and prospect research to support sales pipeline development Compile competitive intelligence, industry data, and customer insights for the CEO and sales team Assist with preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials Track and organize lead information, sales activity, and CRM data as needed Support the CEO and sales team in outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-through Marketing & Partner Coordination Serve as a coordination point between Avex LLC and external marketing, sales, and distribution partners Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and partner communications Assist in tracking marketing deliverables, timelines, and partner commitments Coordinate content, materials, and approvals between internal stakeholders and external partners Help manage brand consistency and communications in collaboration with marketing resources Customer Service Act as a direct customer service representative as needed, handling inquiries via phone, email, or other channels Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating to appropriate teams when required Serve as a liaison between customers, production, and the CEO to ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain records of customer interactions and follow through on commitments Identify patterns in customer feedback and surface insights to the CEO Production & Internal Coordination Facilitate communication between the CEO and production team on scheduling, priorities, and status updates Coordinate cross-departmental follow-through on CEO-directed initiatives Assist in tracking operational metrics and reporting as requested Help onboard or communicate with vendors and suppliers as directed Minimum Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presence in all interactions High degree of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative without constant direction Comfortable operating across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations functions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or marketing platforms a plus Strong research and analytical skills Adaptable and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of an organization Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or business support role Experience supporting a C-suite executive or business owner strongly preferred Background in sales support, customer service, or marketing coordination a plus Physical Demands & Work Environment Primarily an office-based role; extended periods of sitting and computer use Occasional travel may be required to support the CEO at meetings, events, or partner visits Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via written correspondence May occasionally be required to lift items up to 20 lbs Noise level: low to moderate Note The scope of this role is intentionally broad and will evolve as the business grows. The Executive Assistant is expected to embrace change, take on new responsibilities, and function as a flexible resource to the CEO.
