Job Description
High Point Land Company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our fast-paced office in Waverly, Iowa. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, professional environment and excels at managing executive priorities, sensitive communications, and operational efficiency. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the right hand to company executives—helping manage schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide administrative oversight on projects and deadlines. What You'll Be Doing Executive Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications for executives and leadership staff Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and follow-up documentation for internal and external meetings Serve as the primary administrative liaison between executives, team members, clients, and external partners Communication & Coordination Draft and proofread professional emails, correspondence, and internal communications Field calls, inquiries, and messages with professionalism and accuracy Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Project & Office Oversight Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure follow-through on key action items Organize internal events, leadership meetings, and client functions Help manage office operations including file organization, supplies, and document management systems Process & Compliance Support compliance and recordkeeping processes related to company operations, client engagements, and contracts Ensure internal systems and documentation remain up to date, accurate, and audit-ready Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, High-Integrity Team You'll be surrounded by professionals who value excellence, clarity, and collaboration.
