Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Administrative Assistant - Executive Support in Boise, Idaho. Our client is seeking a high-performing Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and provide dependable administrative support to the CFO and executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, follow-through, discretion, and customer service matter.
Pay and schedule:
Competitive pay based on experience; $19-$25 p/h. Full-time, day shift position located in East Boise, Idaho. Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. What you'll do: Serve as a key member of the Administration team, helping keep front office operations, executive support functions, and internal administrative processes running smoothly while balancing reception, office coordination, scheduling, document preparation, communication follow-up, confidential record handling, and special projects for leadership Provide professional administrative support to the CFO and executive team Assist with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up on assigned items Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, and business documents Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, organize meeting materials, take notes when requested, and track action items through completion Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, visitors, and callers Welcome and direct visitors in person and over the phone Answer and route calls through a multi-line phone system Respond to guest and public inquiries Support ad hoc projects and special assignments for leadership Handle confidential company, financial, personnel, vendor, customer, and operational information with discretion Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive documents, conversations, files, and business information Sort incoming mail and distribute it to appropriate personnel and locations Manage outgoing mail and process daily UPS shipments Order office supplies and forms for the Administration and Sales departments Maintain office supply inventory levels Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment Assist with filing, scanning, document organization, and general recordkeeping Utilize office equipment, software, and technology to support daily operations Maintain a safe, organized, and professional reception area Learn new skills, anticipate needs, solve problems, and take on additional responsibilities as needed What you'll need: High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or coursework in business administration, accounting, communications, office administration, or a related field preferred Two to five years of administrative assistant, executive support, office coordination, receptionist, or related experience preferred Experience supporting managers, executives, finance, operations, sales, HR, or confidential business functions strongly preferred Advanced professionalism, reliability, judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational, prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills Excellent follow-through and ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to quickly learn internal systems and office technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
